These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Wen Ling Massage’s services, including our phone-based appointment system and SMS notifications. By calling our business or providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Wen Ling Massage provides professional therapeutic massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and couples massage. We are located at 233 Race Street, Cumberland, Maryland 21502, and are open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Appointments
Appointments may be requested by phone. Requests are not confirmed until a member of our staff calls you back to confirm. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline any appointment request.
SMS Program Terms
Program description: Wen Ling Massage operates an SMS program (“the Program”) that sends appointment booking notifications to the business owner when customers call our spa and request appointments. The Program is operated through Twilio.
Who receives messages: SMS messages under the Program are sent to the business owner’s registered phone number. Customers who call to request appointments may also receive SMS confirmation messages tied to their booking request.
How to opt in: Recipients opt in by registering their phone number with Wen Ling Massage as either the business owner or by providing their phone number during a phone call to request an appointment.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during busy periods, or no messages on slow days.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Wen Ling Massage is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive any further messages. To rejoin, contact us at (240) 202-3285.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at (240) 202-3285 or in person at 233 Race Street, Cumberland, Maryland 21502.
Supported carriers: The Program is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Information you share with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cancellations and No-Shows
We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, as a courtesy to our therapists and other clients.
Health and Safety
Massage is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before booking. Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session.
Limitation of Liability
Wen Ling Massage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or SMS program.
